The World’s Best Real Estate Agent is not a person, it’s a goal.

It’s the goal of being the best possible real estate agent you can be.  We are engaging in a project to identify all the characteristics of the World’s Best Real Estate Agent — how does she help her clients, how does she manage her business, how does she build her business?  We want to try to figure that out, so we can help agents become their personal vision of the World’s Best Real Estate Agent.

The real estate business is changing, so we all need to change. For a long time, the business was about the broker.  Then, for a long time, the business was about the agent.  In the future, the business is going to be about what it should have been about all along — the client.  What does the client need?  What does the client want? What can we do to help that client.

That’s what the World’s Best Real Estate Agent project is about.
